There are no recurring monthly fees associated with the InnFirst System. We've adopted a pay-per-use approach so you only pay for the service when we generate new online reservation leads.
The traditional approach used by legacy reservation systems is to charge upward of 5% of the total reservation price. We believe this model to be old and completely unfair to the customer. Our software was designed so that every reservation is treated equal, if the system doesn't have to work harder to reserve a $400/night room verses a $30.00/night room than why should you be charged differently?

No. Our pricing schema was designed with smaller establishments in mind and we know that there are often slow seasons or times when they get shut down all together. The InnFirst Service has been designed so you only pay for the service when you're actively taking new reservations.
Both. You can pre-purchase reservations in batches of 20 which keeps your reservation site up and running smoothly and worry free. If you do not have any reservation credits a balance will build with your account and at $20.00 you will be sent an invoice.
At this time you will receive full credit back to your account for canceled reservations. This may change in the future if we notice abuse.
After speaking with users we've decided that a pay for use approach was more desirable. We have a lot of customers who either shut down seasonally or have slow seasons and we didn't feel it was fair to charge for situations like this. With our new pricing scheme if you don't receive any reservations you don't pay anything for the service, it's that simple.
